About KPG Quality Homes

For some time, K.P.G. Quality Constructions has been a leading builder of First and Ground Floor extensions in the Hunter, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast. During this time, we have constructed several homes, usually in places other builders do not go or on difficult sites that they will not build on.

Improvements.

At KPG, we are family men who know the differnce between building a house and building a family home.

Your family home, in most cases, will be the single most expensive item you will ever purchase in your lifetime. It also becomes an extension of your personality and desires, for your family's needs. So most people want to get it right when selecting their builder. At KPG, we pride ourselves in helping families make that selection process easier, by offering friendly professional advise and by building quality family homes.

KPQ Quality Homes offer standard features that you will not find in your average project house. These features are basic common sense, cost effective inclusions that will make your home more user friendly and save you money on general building maintenance in years to come.

In order to apply these improvements to new homes, we searched for a range of designs that had many of these elements, and also included GreenSmart design functions.

Superior Home Design.

We are pleased to introduce our range of Bruce Macteir Designed homes, which we believe encompass the same concepts that we have developed. Congratulations to Bruce and his team for their professional design ethics and standards; we are honoured to be associated with them.

GreenSmart.

GreenSmart is one of the great advances in Modern Building Technology and is far in advance of the Basix requirements. Even if you are not interested in the gains for the environment, you will certainly be interested in the energy savings over the lifespan of your new home. It truly is your opportunity for a better future for you and your family.

 

Steel Frames.

In our pursuit of quality, we approached Supaloc who manufacture steel frames and trusses. Their product is the most advanced steel frame that we have seen in our ten years of using steel frame systems. They have graciously allowed us to display and build their range of steel frame designs. We have selected only those designs that meet our criteria to create a better quality home.

Products.

With the exception of the Supaloc designs, all of our plans can be built with either steel or timber frames, or a combination of both (eg. Steel floor system with Timber walls and trusses). All designs come in a range of external materials, finishes and facades. Additionally, we offer two levels of Bathroom and Kitchen appliance fit outs. We have a Quality range and a Deluxe range, both of which will give the end user trouble free and reliable service, as well as economical and environmental satisfaction. We do not provide a lower end range as we have found that they are not cost effective or reliable over a period of time.
